Richard Brewer-Hay, founder of Elizabeth Street Brewery, started brewing beer as a hobby 7 years ago. He teamed up with 21st Amendment to create Imperial Jack, a double ESB named after Brewer-Hay's grandfather. This is the story of what can happen when you have good friends, and brew really, really good beer.
