I&#039;m starting a brewery. Here after, will be a detailed chronicle of the entire process of going from home brewer, to owning a commercial brewery. My hope is to demystify the whole process so that more home brewers take the initiative, and give it a go themselves. That means more good beer for all of us! Where does one start? Well, I’m starting with beer. Trying to make good, consistent batches of beer.&lt;/p&gt;
