 <description>&lt;!-- google_ad_section_start --&gt;&lt;p&gt;Well.. upon a rather extensive examination of the California&#039;s A.B.C (Alcoholic Beverage Control) website, I&#039;ve reached a very simple conclusion... You can&#039;t open a brewery in California. Well... I should clarify.. you can IF you have a LOT OF MONEY. They want you to have your facility up and complete and sitting idle in a warehouse, or &quot;shop&quot; that you are paying rent on before they will even talk to you, and you even need a bank statement, or letter of intent from an investor proving you have enough quid to start a brewery as part of their application forms!!&lt;/p&gt;
